Refund Policy

Eligibility

Refunds apply to paid enrollments confirmed by invoice or written agreement. Informational prices on this website are not charges. Consumer protections under Korean law apply where relevant and take precedence over conflicting policy language.

Timeframe

For live Mesh Cohort seats, you may request a full refund up to 14 days before the cohort start date. Requests received fewer than 14 days before start may receive a partial refund of 50% if no live sessions have occurred. After the second live session begins, tuition is non-refundable except as required by law or described under Exceptions.

Self-paced Signal Pass

If digital materials have not been accessed, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase confirmation. After first login to the materials portal, Signal Pass fees are non-refundable.

Fleet Lab and custom work

Deposits for private facilitation are refundable if cancelled more than 21 days before the scheduled intensive. Within 21 days, deposits cover preparation time and are non-refundable; unused facilitation days may be rescheduled once within six months.

• Third-party exam or software fees paid on your behalf
• Completed private consulting hours
• Printed materials already shipped at your request

Refund process

Email hello@edgecomputinghub.digital with your full name, enrollment identifier, and reason. We confirm receipt within two business days and decide within ten business days.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within 10–15 business days after approval. Bank timelines may add several days. We do not issue cash refunds at the Seoul office.

Cancellation by us

If Edgecomputinghub Digital cancels a cohort, you may choose a full refund or transfer to a later date at no extra seat cost.

Exceptions

Documented medical emergencies, mandatory military service, or employer visa relocation may qualify for transfer or partial refund evaluated case by case, even after standard windows.
